Office Cleaning Check List


  • Clean bathroom mirrors 

  • Disinfect toilets and sinks

  • Sweep and Mop bathroom floors

  • Disinfect door handles

  • Disinfect Paper towel dispensers, etc

  • Sweep and Mop hard floors.

  • Stock towels, tissue, and hand soap

  • Empty garbage and waste

Break Room

  • Clean & disinfect kitchen/breakroom

  • Sweep and Mop kitchen floors 

  • Disinfect paper towel dispensers 

  • Clean and sanitize sinks 

  • Wipe down doors and sills 

  • Clean tables 

  • Dust window ledges and other flat surfaces 

  • Wipe clean cabinets and exterior of appliances.


  • Clean windowsills and doors 

  • Sweep and mop office floors 

  • Vacuum carpets

  • Clean and disinfect shelves & bookshelves 

  • Spot clean partition glass

  • Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces, including desktops, files, chairs, tables, pictures, and all manner of furnishings 

  • Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces to remove coffee rings and spillage

  • Damp wipe entryway and clean fingerprints from entrance glass 

  • Spot clean partition glass  

  • Disinfect all light switches, doorknobs, and doorframes

  • Empty all trash receptacles, damp wipe, and replace liners as needed. 

  • Remove trash to a collection point
