As we monitor and learn more about the spread of Coronavirus in our communities, we want to ensure the safety of our teams, clients, and community, by implementing added safety measures to our Cleaning practices. 

Added Safety Measures

  • All team members undergo health screening each morning including a temperature screening and report any flu-like symptoms immediately so that they can be removed from any appointments 

  • All team members wear PPE including masks, gloves, while also following specific hand washing/sanitizing protocol prior to each appointment

  • All equipment is disinfected before entering your home and  disinfected again upon completion of each cleaning

  • Safety Training for all team members in CDC guidelines for best health and safety practices in response to COVID-19

  • Each team now carries a COVID-19 disinfectant which meets the EPA’s Emerging Pathogen Policy to use against COVID-19

Client Requirements

  • If medically allowable please wear a mask while the cleaning team is in your home

  • Maintain social distancing of 6 feet from team members whenever possible

  • Submit completed Exposure Questionnaire prior to cleaning appointment

  • Notify office immediately if a household member has been exposed directly, or indirectly, or personally tested positive for COVID-19, or if a household member displays associated symptoms of COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to cleaning (fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, shortness of breath, diarrhea, or any other cold/flu symptom)relevant details or information that you want to share with your visitors.
